Fergie is featured in this month’s issue of Cawaii! Magazine. The girl with her is Koda Kumi, a Japanese singer who I haven’t a clue as to why she appeared in the magazine… Is she the Japanesse equivalent of Fergie?

Fergie showed up in last night award show of the Billboard music awards along with W.illiam of the Black Eyed Peas. They gave a great performance of the song Fergalicious.

I read someone’s comment who thought she looked high in this video, however, I didn’t notice anything myself… Did you?
